Book a table

CuttaCutta is the greenest restaurant.

About us

Cuttacutta is the name of a reserve in northern Australia, the home country of the Ballis. Glen's personal project is just as cozy, calm and warm: here the boundaries of the metropolis and nature are erased and they cook according to recipes from different countries and peoples. Conceptual disputes simply do not exist, because there are things more important than trends — these are people with whom you want to spend time. And food is a way and a sure reason to gather at the same table as often as possible

A new story about comfort food by Glen Ballis and his talented team, but only from a personal point of view. this is a gastronomic code, which encodes childhood memories, family recipes of Glen's relatives, his international roots, his many years of experience and own creative style.

    Greece. Pop-up

As an important part of the new story — a pop-up with an emphasis on the traditions and culture of countries with which the chef-restaurateur has a special connection. The main premiere of Cuttacutta is an evening special menu based on cultures and countries, traditions that reflect the chef's many years of experience, traditions and family recipes. Each season Glen will choose a new theme and present the best that can be told about it.

The first pop-up is dedicated to Greece, with which the author of the idea has a special connection — Ballis has greek roots, and his middle name is leonidas. The restaurant has white tablecloths, like in taverns. The menu itself consists of greek specialties created according to Glen's mother's recipes, his experience and memories.

The pop-up is open from 12:00 to 00:00 from Monday to Sunday.
